| Since April, 2004, Radiomar began to prepare itself for receiving the ISO 9001 certification. In December 2004, after the approval of the procedures and the conclusion of the audits, we had our quality management system considered qualified to receive the certification, establishing even higher standards on the performance of services to our customers. |

Radiomar has the commitment of offering good installation and maintenance services on Telecommunications and marine electronics equipments meeting on a satisfactory way our customers needs, improving continuously the processes that build our operations and allowing our professionals the resources needed for a good performance. Radiomar Indústria e Comércio Ltda developed, implemented and keeps a Quality Management System, allowing the monitoring of the operational policies and directives, so that, respecting each process particularities, every areas can act on a uniform way. This allows the evaluation and comparison of the results, stimulating the improvement of actions of the Quality Management System.
The Radiomar Quality Management System was implemented to attend every single requirement of NBR ISO 9001 version 2000 and ensure that every process is orientated to the customers and continuously improved. For that:
